My work centres on slowing down, listening inward, and restoring the natural intelligence of the body. I draw on narrative psychotherapy, relational presence, and contemplative practice to help you reconnect with your inner guidance.In our sessions, there is opportunity to explore what it means to meet all nine of your emotional needs - SACRED MAP, find clarity in the midst of challenge, and gently unwind the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together we may work with narrative therapy, somatic awareness, meditation, and archetypal themes to deepen understanding and support meaningful change.
